About the Artist
Craig Srebnik's life has revolved around the arts and culture in the U.S. and in Europe: as a professional artist, lecturer and teacher, writer, musician, ballet soloist, and the study of culture, literature, philosophy and history. His award winning artwork has appeared in American Artist, American Art Review, Art Business News, The Art Guide, The Artist, Art World News, Art of the West, Carrie Leigh's Nude, International Artist and Southwest Art magazines, and exhibited in galleries, juried shows and museums throughout the United States and in Europe.
Srebnik's sinuous, romantic nudes and clothed figures have been described as a "painterly, Classical Naturalism"--combining the timeless beauty of Classical and Baroque Masters with the light, atmosphere and expressive brushwork of contemporary painters. He teaches workshops in the U.S. and in Europe, museum lecture tours and art career seminars. Srebnik is in the process of producing books on art and art instruction.
